How Much Does It Cost?
Pricing is quote-based and variable.
Every managed setup is different. A simple Paper Minecraft server with a few plugins is very different from a heavily modded network, a multi-node VPS stack with custom reverse proxies, or a dedicated server running production applications with strict uptime and security requirements. We look at your exact needs, complexity, and the level of ongoing work involved, then give you a clear, tailored quote. No one-size-fits-all pricing that leaves some people overpaying and others under-supported.
Why Do I Need to Contact Sales?
Because every managed agreement is custom. We want to understand what you’re actually running (or planning to run), how critical it is, and what “done” looks like for you. A quick conversation lets us scope the work properly and give you an accurate quote instead of forcing you into a rigid package that doesn’t fit.
Can I Still Access and Manage the Server Myself?
Yes. You keep full access.
We just ask that you notify us of any major changes so we’re aware of what’s happening and keep the team on the loop. That way we don’t step on each other’s toes and can keep the environment stable and supported.
Can I Cancel the Managed Services?
Yes. You can cancel the managed add-on at any time. Your server simply continues at the standard (unmanaged) pricing for that plan. No lock-in, no drama.
Do I Need to Purchase Managed Services Always?
No. Standard self-managed packages will always be available exactly as they are. Managed services are a pure add-on.
Are There Any Additional Costs Beyond the Managed Service?
Certain custom setups require an extra fee separate from the base managed service. Some of include:
- Setups that require our team to modify our existing networking rules or physical equipment.
- Tailored hardware configurations based on your specific requirements.
- Hardware shipments and installation.
Any additional cost will be discussed with you during your call with our team.
Is There an Initial Setup Fee?
Yes, but with specific conditions:
- Setup fees apply exclusively to managed services. Unmanaged (regular) packages do not and will never have a setup fee.
- The setup fee is applied only to the first payment to cover the initial deployment, which requires the most time and labor. Subsequent billing cycles will not include this fee.
